Lets Get Started

Where It Begins (60min)
The beginning of a different kind of conversation around your health.
Whether you've seen a dozen practitioners or you're starting fresh — this visit is built around one thing: you.
Your full history. Not just the last six months, but all of it. The symptoms you've learned to live with. The results that came back normal but never quite explained how you were feeling. The questions you weren't sure were worth asking.
Dr. Fennell, N.D, listens to all of it.
Nothing is dismissed. Nothing is rushed.
By the end of this visit, you will have been genuinely heard — and Dr. Fennell will have a clear picture of where to look next.
This is not a check-box appointment. It is the foundation of everything that follows.

You Have Begun (2nd Visit: 45min)
Where health intentions become action.
What began in your first visit — the history, the plan, the direction — now moves forward. We review your results alongside how you have been feeling, because the numbers are only part of the picture. Your symptoms, your response to treatment, your health as a whole — all of it shapes what comes next.
What's working is noted. What needs refining is adjusted. The fuller plan takes shape — built not just on what the results say, but on how you are actually doing.
Precise. Collaborative. Always moving toward better health.

Your Plate. Your Plan (3rd Visit: 30min)
No two bodies are the same. No two diets are either.
You'll arrive with a diet diary — the real picture of what you've been eating. We review it alongside your results, your symptoms, and your goals. We work through your macros, identify what's missing, what's in excess, and what your body specifically needs.
Not a plan pulled from a template. Not a list of foods to avoid. A nutritional direction built entirely around you.
Because what works for someone else may be exactly wrong for you.

Plan. Review. Evolve. (4th Visit & On 30-60 mins)
A plan is only as good as the attention paid to it.
Every three months, we sit down together — reviewing where you are, what has shifted, and what the next phase looks like. This is not a passive check-in. It is an active review of your case, your results, and your progress.
You choose the length. 30 minutes for a focused review. 60 minutes when there is more to cover.
Changes are made. The plan is refined. Because your health is not static — and your care shouldn't be either.
I believe in having a plan. And I believe in revisiting it.
