Between appointments, your lab questions shouldn't go unanswered. This service is for patients who want clinical context before their next visit.

Upload your bloodwork or functional test results through your patient portal. I'll review them against your clinical history and provide a written assessment — what the findings show, how they connect to what I know about your case, and what to explore together at our next appointment.
(Should anything present as urgent, you will be asked to report ot the clinic or to see your primary care practitioner)

This is an interpretation and naturopathic clinical read-only — protocol or treatment plan changes are not made through this service.

If more than one date is being submitted, pls specify which date you want assessed. Each date/lab is assessed and billed individually.

Dr.H.Fennell, ND assesses your tests f & uploads an assessment into your chart. You will get a notification that a file has been shared with you. You receive the assessment to review and discuss at your next appointment.

$75. As a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Ontario, Dr.Fennell, ND provides an itemized receipt for a Naturopathic Lab Assessment based on the time spent (if less time, you will be billed less).
